Risks We Face

In everyday life, we face risks of varying degrees. Yet we can’t let that deter us from carrying on with our lives – we just have to be aware and know that an incident could happen. Risks We Face is about making you aware of risks you could face and advising what steps you could take.

We aren’t saying that they will happen, we just want to make you aware of what could happen in Gwent. The risks in Gwent are assessed via the Gwent Risk Register which can be viewed on this site via the Community Risk Register page. Risks can include severe weather such as flooding, or getting caught in the aftermath of a traffic accident. You can help yourself just by being prepared and knowing what you would do if something happened.
